Sono un leader educativo specializzato in innovazione tecnologica e sviluppo scolastico strategico. Con un background nell’insegnamento e una profonda conoscenza delle infrastrutture IT, ho trascorso la mia carriera guidando cambiamenti significativi nelle scuole internazionali.

Nel mio ruolo attuale di Head of Technology presso la Ambrit International School, guido iniziative che coinvolgono l’intera istituzione: dal coordinamento dell’integrazione tecnologica secondo gli standard IBO e ISTE, allo sviluppo dell’identità del brand scolastico e l’ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro digitali. Affronto con passione le sfide complesse, che si tratti di costruire un curriculum da zero, formare il personale su nuovi sistemi o collaborare con il DPO sulle politiche GDPR. Il mio background eclettico, che include ruoli nel design curricolare, nel coaching sportivo e nello sviluppo web, mi ha fornito un approccio poliedrico al problem-solving e al team building.

Mentre conseguo il Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) presso la Harvard Business School Online, incanalo questa esperienza per costruire sistemi operativi e pedagogici che permettano alle scuole di prosperare. Il mio obiettivo è permettere alle comunità educative non solo di adattarsi al futuro, ma di progettarlo.

I believe that technology in education must serve one primary purpose: to enhance human connection and amplify creativity. My role as a leader is to look beyond the latest app or device and focus on building a learning ecosystem where technology is seamlessly and purposefully woven into the fabric of the school’s culture.

My leadership approach is grounded in mentorship and practical support, ensuring that professional development is not a top-down mandate, but a collaborative process that respects the expertise of educators. Drawing on my diverse background in design, coaching, and technology, I work to build systems that are both resilient and adaptable, creating an environment where both staff and students feel safe to experiment, learn from failure, and grow.

Ultimately, my goal is to lead school communities toward a sustainable future. This means fostering an environment that prepares students not just for exams, but for a lifetime of learning and adaptation.
