I am an educational leader specializing in technological innovation and strategic school development. With a foundation in teaching and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, I have spent my career driving meaningful change in international schools.

In my current role as Head of Technology at Ambrit International School, I lead initiatives that span the entire institution from coordinating technology integration to meet IBO and ISTE standards to developing the school’s brand identity and streamlining digital workflows. I thrive on complex challenges, whether it’s building a curriculum from the ground up, training staff in new systems, or collaborating with the Data Protection Officer on GDPR policy. My diverse background, including roles in curriculum design, athletic coaching , and web development, has equipped me with a multifaceted approach to problem-solving and team building.

As I pursue the Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard Business School Online, I am channeling this experience to focus on building the operational and pedagogical systems that allow schools to flourish. My goal is to empower educational communities to not just adapt to the future, but to design it.

Strategic Tech Integration

I design and implement school-wide technology roadmaps that align with curriculum goals, streamline operations, and meet the highest educational standards.

Professional Development

I deliver engaging, practical training for educators in both English and Italian, empowering them to use technology creatively and confidently in the classroom.

Leadership & Mentorship

Leveraging a diverse background in award-winning coaching and design, I mentor teams and lead strategic initiatives that build a positive and innovative school culture.

Leadership Philosophy

I believe that technology in education must serve one primary purpose: to enhance human connection and amplify creativity. The most powerful tools are not those that simply digitize old practices, but those that open new pathways for inquiry, collaboration, and creation. My role as a leader is to look beyond the latest app or device and focus on building a learning ecosystem where technology is seamlessly and purposefully woven into the fabric of the school’s culture.

An innovative school is built on a foundation of empowered teachers. My leadership approach is grounded in mentorship and practical support, ensuring that professional development is not a top-down mandate, but a collaborative process that respects the expertise of educators. Drawing on my diverse background in design, coaching, and technology, I work to build systems that are both resilient and adaptable, creating an environment where both staff and students feel safe to experiment, learn from failure, and grow.

Ultimately, my goal is to lead school communities toward a sustainable future. This means fostering an environment that prepares students not just for exams, but for a lifetime of learning and adaptation. It is about building a culture of curiosity, creativity, and thoughtful digital citizenship that will serve them long after they leave our classrooms.
